Community Guidelines
Blessed Union is built on the foundation of faith, respect, and genuine connection. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, welcoming community for all members.

Our shared purpose
Blessed Union is for single Christian men and women seeking marriage to one another. Before meeting new people here, members confirm this purpose and their own membership choices. We ask for honest answers; an affirmation is not a verification of someone's faith or character.
Take time to discern, respect each other's boundaries, and treat every person with kindness and dignity. Shared purpose never creates an obligation to continue a conversation or relationship.
Our Core Values
Faith-Centered
Respect for Christian values and beliefs

Prayer and encouragement
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 (WEB). Listen humbly, encourage without pressure, and let the author decide what to share or describe as answered. Hardship is not a failure of faith; do not claim certainty about God’s plans for another person.
Leave out identifying details about other people, private contact information, documents and requests for money. A vulnerable request is never permission for unwanted personal contact. Respect closed encouragement and blocks. Report a concern privately, marking urgency when appropriate; immediate danger needs local emergency services.
Safety Tips for Meeting In Person
- • Always meet in a public place for the first few dates
- • Tell a friend or family member about your plans
- • Arrange your own transportation
- • Never share personal financial information
- • Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, leave
- • If you choose to video chat before meeting, remember that it cannot prove identity, character, or safety
How reports are handled
A submitted report creates a restricted moderation record for human review. It is not an automatic finding, warning, suspension, or account removal. The person being reported is not shown the reporter’s identity through the product.
Any account action, appeal, evidence retention, or external escalation must follow the approved safety procedure and applicable law. Blessed Union does not promise a response time or disclose confidential review outcomes to other members.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, use the “Report” button on the member’s profile. If you need an immediate boundary, use Block as well; reporting alone does not block the account.
For urgent safety concerns, please contact local law enforcement.
Thank you for being part of the Blessed Union community. Together, we can create a space where meaningful, faith-centered connections flourish.
